George Alexander Louis
The waiting has finally ended. I feel like I've been on the edge of my seat ever since Duchess Catherine's pregnancy was announced. I was completely off in my guess (Arthur Frederick Charles Michael), but I am pleased with the name. It's no surprise that I love George and am so glad it's the first name. I personally have never been a huge fan of the name Alexander, but it's a fine name and a great royal name. And Louis caught me by surprise, but I love it and glad they used a name from William's name (though I would have preferred Arthur). I think my only "disappointment" is that there is no fourth name. :)
Here are what my fellow name bloggers have already so awesomely written about the name:

I came so close! My official guess was George Arthur Louis, although I didn't know the exact order they would choose. 2 for 3!
ReplyDeleteIt's a very nice, strong, classic name. I do like Arthur better than Alexander though.
My first three suggestions for the prince's name were George, Alexander and Louis, so I'm well chuffed with the name they chose.
